If, you received purchase item damaged. We invite You to review our policy on Return and Exchanges. This Return and Exchange Policy has been created by VR World, LLC 
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Th words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. 
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural 
Definitions For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy: 
-Company ( referred to as either "the Company "we", "Us", or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to VR World LLC," -Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the service. -Orders mean a request by You to purchase goods from us. -Service refers to the Website. 
-Website refers to, accessible from -You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of the which such individual is accessing or using the Service as applicable. 
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. 
In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation e-mail. 
You have 48 hours of receipt to return an item from the date you received it. Only damaged items with proof of photos qualify for a return or exchange to be eligible for a return. 
The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 
NO Refunds Only Exchange 
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange of the item that was damaged. You will receive the new exchanged item within a certain amount of days, depending on your shipping location. 
You are responsible for capturing the correct information when placing your orders. will not me responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
